Heritage leader meets German Bundestag=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s president

Leader of the opposition Heritage party Raffi Hovhannisian met Thursday with Norbert Lammert, President of the German Bundestag.
According to a statement by Hovhannisian's headquarters, the one-hour meeting between the two officials focused on the post-electoral situation in Armenia.
"The will of the Armenian people must be respected," the former presidential candidate said at the meeting. "In view of its own track record of facing its own history of genocide and becoming a leader in the democratic world, the Federal Republic of Germany might – instead of supporting authoritarianism and fraudulent elections – respect the democratic movement and the Armenian people's will."
