The paper refers to the declaration of Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan as the Man of the Year in Moscow.
The same title has been granted to the Russian President Vladimir Putin, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The paper says the remarkable thing is that the title has been granted to presidents of three CIS countries and Tsarukyan. Commenting on the circumstance, deputy leader of ruling Republican party Galust Sahakyan said he was not aware of it but, described it as a pleasant news and said he does not see any political motivation.
The paper says according to Lragir, Tsarukyan has brought the prize by 30,000 US dollars.
