The official number of voters is increasing as rapidly as emigration is reducing the country’s population. If things go on like this, the number of voters will soon exceed Armenia’s population.

What is the reason for the increasing number of voters? First, persons who turn 18 are added to the lists, whereas dead people are not struck off.
