More big names, including actors Jude Law and Uma Thurman, have been added to the jury at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.

According to the Gazette, Robert De Niro is president of the eight-member panel of judges who will hand out the prizes at the festival, which runs May 11 to 22.

The other members of the jury announced Wednesday are French director Olivier Assayas (Summer Hours), Hong Kong director Johnny To (Election), and Chadian director Mahamat-Saleh Haroun, whose film A Screaming Man won the 2010 Jury Prize at Cannes.

They will be joined by Argentinian actress and producer Martina Gusman, Chinese producer Nansun Shi, and Norwegian critic Linn Ullmann.
