In a continued exchange of letters the lead vocalist of the System of a Down band, prominent American-Armenian rock musician Serj Tankian has again challenged Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to "institute the rule of law". In reply to the "response letter" from the Armenian head of state Tankian insisted that none of his questions had been answered.
Tankian writes:
"Dear Mr. President,
I am honored that you have responded to my letter.
I actually wasn’t expecting a response, given the harsh criticism I conveyed.
The fact that you have done so is encouraging.
But with respect, you have not answered any of my questions nor addressed any of the issues I brought up in my letter directly.
