Among a number of issues the Azerbaijani president referred to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, presenting the well-known Azerbaijani thesis over ‘20% of the occupied territories’.
Aliyev referred to the activity of the OSCE Minsk Group and noted that the co-chairing countries – Russia, the USA and France – conducted a number of meetings with the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
‘This conflict is possible to solve only in a peaceful way on the basis of international rights – within the framework of the Azerbaijani territorial integrity,’ he said.
Referring to his country’s economy, Aliyev said Azerbaijan is a country having one of the fastest developing economies.
