At a parliamentary debate on Armenia's 2013 draft budget on Tuesday, Artsvik Minasyan, an MP of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D), asked Vice-Chief of the State Revenue Committee Armen Alaverdyan about taxation of winnings.The official said that attempts to tax winnings failed throughout the world.Even if a relevant law were enforced, gamblers would never reveal their winnings.
