Raffi Hovanissian to Run for President

Raffi Hovannisian today threw his hat in the race for president of Armenia.

In a press statement, Hovannisian, who leads the Heritage Party said he is "running as a citizen of Armenia who feels both the responsibility and guilt for the present situation in the country" and that he wants to be a part of the solution.
