Georgian army=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s Gen. Headquarters has new chief

Georgia's deputy PM Irakli Alasania has appointed a new chief for the Armed Forces General Headquarters, the Russian Vzglyad reported.
Vakhtang Kapanadze, who will take the office, has formerly headed the General Headquarters, but later started to work for the Foreign Intelligence Service.
According to the Pirveli news agency, Kapanadze received his military education in the United States.
The former head of the General Headquarters, General Georgy Kalandadze, submitted his resignation on October 31.
