Flora Martirosyan, who died in the United States on November 20, will be buried in Armenia, the renowned singer's close relative told an online paper today.
"It is for sure that her body will be transferred to Armenia, but the date is still uncertain," Martirosyan's nephew told Bravo.am.
The Armenian Ministry of Culture did not either confirm or deny the information, telling ArmeniaNow that they were waiting to hear an official word on the decision by the singer's family at any minute.
Earlier, the Armenian government confirmed that a state commission will be formed for the funeral of Martirosyan, a People's Artist of Armenia, if her family agreed for her body's transfer to Yerevan.
