4 killed, 15 injured in military vehicle crash near Karabakh

A truck carrying Armenian troops crashed in Kelbajar, Karabakh, on Thursday killing four and wounding 15 soldiers inside, reports News.am, quoting military authorities in Yerevan.

According to an Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman, all of those killed and hurt in what appears to be a road accident were contractual servicemen being transported to their outposts.

Those injured were hospitalized and are now beating treated by doctors in Vardenis, Armenia. One of the injured was said to be in critical condition. All of the injured servicemen were expected to be later transferred to Yerevan’s hospital.

Three of the killed are from the Armavir province of Armenia and one is from the Aparan region.
