The latest report from Yerevan City Hall says that wireless internet access is now available on 123 public buses, in 10 metro stations and in seven public parks. The office of Mayor Taron Margaryan also reports that Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) will soon be part of the transport system installed in bus stations.
Further: the capital city administration has overseen 1.8 million square feet of highway and street improvement, seven overpasses have been completed, and two major thoroughfares linking Ulnetsi Street with Rubinyants and Isakov Avenue with Leningradyan Street are in process.
