Samvel Balasanyan, a candidate for Gyumri mayor, held a meeting with sports society representatives.In his opening speech, Balasanyan noted that he wanted to listen to experts' opinions on sports development problems and to their proposals.The participants raised a number of issues related sporting life, put forward proposals that are expected to be incorporated in the candidate's election program.
