Armenia's Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan has returned from Belarus.He participated in a meeting of the ministers of emergency situations of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).At his meeting with journalists on Monday, Minister Yeritsyan said that the meeting discussed the issue of establishing a regional humanitarian center of Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations.Armenia will provide airport facilities and Russia is supposed to give technical support. Although the crisis management center of Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations has the best location, Armenia's seismic protection service has much to do, Minister Yeritsyan said.Armenia and Russia are soon to sign a bilateral agreement on establishing a humanitarian center, which is most likely to be opened next year.
