Persecution ahead of presidential vote?: MP Oskanian insists criminal case against Civilitas “political order=?UTF-8?B?4oCd?=

The criminal case filed against the Civilitas Foundation that was until recently led by Prosperous Armenian party (PAP) member, former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian has stirred heated public discussions mostly viewing such development as politically-motivated.

On Monday Oskanian released a statement according to which the government-adjunct National Security Service (NSS) had invited him as a witness to testify for the criminal case filed against him and the Civilitas Foundation that was founded by him on money laundering charges.  Read more...
