Opposition MP on government=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s program

Government's action program is 48-page long 46 of which contain promises and the last 2 pages, entitled International Risks, explain why the previous 46 pages will be impossible to implement, member of the Free Democrats party and Heritage party's faction Alexander Arzumanyan told the reporters today.
 
"I like all the sentences in the program, but I would prefer it to be not a program of good will but a plan of actions," he said.
 
Referring to the part on birth promotion, Arzumanyan said he liked it a lot but for its implementation it is necessary to have a Government and a program. "Armenian people were promoting birth for 3000 years. They know how it is being done. But they need good conditions to raise the first two-three children for having the fourth one," he said, stressing that promising 1 million drams for the fourth child is not a way out. "It is necessary to live until that forth child," he said.
 
Arzumanyan said he does not have much expectation from the new staff of the government as only two ministers have been replaced.   Read more... (192 words)
