le=”text-align: justify; “>Chairman of the Union of Political Scientists of Armenia Hmayak Hovhannissyan said the speeded-up proceeding of the joint headquarters’ appeal to the Constitutional Court is a serious achievement. The CC will examine the application on May 5.
Speaking to Tert.am, Hmayak Hovhannissyan said in case the appeal is satisfied, the list of people who participated in the May 6 polls will be published. The acting law restricts doing it.
‘Nothing will impede the publication of the lists,’ Hmayak Hovhannissyan said.
On the other hand, May 5 is ‘the day of silence’: conduction of the campaign is banned on that day. The chairman of the union said it is not a campaign issue, but a constitutional.
