Constitutional Court rejects opposition alliance=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s claim

Armenia's Constitutional Court has rejected the opposition Armenian National Congress' appeal to invalidate the results of the May 6 proportional representation voting.
Under the Court's ruling, the Central Election Commission's decision remains in effect. 
The court based its decision on Section 2, Article 102 of the Constitution.
