Ambassador Karen Nazaryan addressed the issue at a discussion of reports submitted by the Security Council’s counter-terrorism committees.
According to a press release by the Foreign Ministry, Azerbaijan, which was chairing the meeting, first rejected the Armenian representative’s request to speak at the discussion, but under the pressure of the member states, finally gave the floor to the Armenian diplomat.
