le=”text-align: justify; “>If the Prosperous Armenia party (PAP) again forms a coalition with the Republican party (RPA) it will have to support the ‘incumbent president’ like it was fixed in the coalition memorandum signed in February 2011.
Ex-foreign minister Vartan Oskanian, who has become an MP with the PAP list, said he is against formation of coalition with the Republican party. Another PAP member Vahe Hovhannissyan said he does not see any expediency in joining the possible coalition. ‘They have received the majority of votes. Let them assume the whole responsibility in the parliament. It is my personal opinion,’ member of the PAP Naira Zohrabyan told the paper.
