le=”text-align: justify; “>On May 6, the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) intends to video the election process in all the 1,982 polling stations throughout Armenia – from 8:00am to the vote count.
“We have told our representatives to bring their video cameras and record the entire process,” Head of the PAP campaign headquarters told Tert.am.
Armenia’s election law allows persons standing proxies for political forces to video the election process except for persons in the polling booths.
Interestingly, in discussing the relevant bill many of Armenia’s political forces pointed out video recording is an expensive means of preventing election rigging.
