Parliament cancels session due to lack of quorum

The Armenian National Assembly cancelled its scheduled session on Wednesday because of the absence of sufficient number of lawmakers.

Under the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the registration of the MPs lasted three hours, yet those present did not constitute a quorum.

After the three-hour of registration, Vice Speaker Edward Sharmazanov declared the session canceled.
