In his program, the parliamentary candidate offers ways of resolving the problems and developing Armenia’s second largest city.

An experienced businessman, Arman Sahakyan held his first meeting with students and teaching staff of the Gyumri branch of Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE).

He pointed out the need for enhancing the city’s role in Armenia’s development, for economic transformations and system reforms.
