Gyumri as symbol of Third Republic=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s revival

In his program, the parliamentary candidate offers ways of resolving the problems and developing Armenia’s second largest city.

An experienced businessman, Arman Sahakyan held his first meeting with students and teaching staff of the Gyumri branch of Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE).

He pointed out the need for enhancing the city’s role in Armenia’s development, for economic transformations and system reforms. This implies re-evaluation of local resources and creation of opportunities for realizing the local potential, elaboration of economic development programs, promotion of investments, with efforts focused on prospective economic sectors, facilitation of master projects, and consistent implementation of realistic programs.
