le=”text-align: justify; “>Stepan Safaryan, a Heritage party member, who is running for parliament in election district #1, had difficulties in carrying out his election campaign in Yerevan’s Avan community on Monday.

“A woman named Nara, a member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) campaign headquarters, was shouting. ‘It’s our territory. No one else has anything to do here!’ Then RPA headquarters members came up to me and advised me to stop by campaign. But I told them it was my duty,” Safaryan told Tert.am.

Safaryan’s team continued the campaign. Later, however, a resident called and told him his team encountered problems again.
