President Serzh Sargsyan has congratulated Armenian women on the International Women’s Day.

“I congratulate you on the occasion of Women’s Day.
I wish you happiness, success, a healthy and strong family.
I am glad that women’s participation in all areas of our country’s life and society increases by day, yet the women of Armenia maintain their traditional role and exceptionally precious features.
This spring holiday is an excellent occasion to reiterate our devotion and love, appreciation and gratitude to our mothers, wives and sisters.”
