The First Ladies of Armenia and Azerbaijan are in the top in a list of most brilliant women of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), reports MIR TV.

According to the TV station, Armenia’s First Lady Rita Sargsyan (pictured, right) has little interest in politics. “She is more interested in patronage. Charity successfully combines with her support of culture, as Sargsyan’s career began as a kindergarten music teacher.
