Armenian premier receives IMF executive director

The Armenian premier congratulated Mr Snel on his appointment as IMF Executive Director and expressed hope for further close cooperation.

Mr Snel stressed the importance of developing cooperation with Armenia as beneficial for both sides. The sides also discussed the improvement of businessmen environment, reforms of Armenia’s tax, customs and pension systems.

The sides exchanged views on the IMF’s further activities aimed to ensure rapid response to various economic developments in the partner countries.
