For the first time ever some Armenians living abroad will be able to participate in general elections after the election body has enabled them with an opportunity of casting their ballot online.
A total of 238 citizens of Armenia living abroad – diplomats and members of their families of voting age – will vote online following the guidelines that the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the online vote.
The online vote for them will start on April 27 and will end on May 1.
