Vote Verification: Dye will be used to mark passports of voters

A new anti-fraud mechanism will be introduced in Armenia's May parliamentary elections, as for the first time, voters will have their passports dyed, to indicate that they have cast a ballot.

A special ink that comes from the British company Lantrade Global, and will disappear off the document after 12 hours.

The Government's Reserve Fund will spend about $43,000 on the project.
