Self-promotion at expense of human tragedies unacceptable – Armenia's defense office rep

“Any self-promotion is unacceptable at the expense of human tragedies or army’s reputation,” he said.

“I do not know who is behind this initiative, but the sponsors of the new-fledged ‘Robin Hoods’ and ‘Che Guevaras’ had better rely on people that do not have any complex about army or military service,” Karapetyan said.

The No Silence action group issued a statement Dec. 5 expressing its concern over the situation and incidents in Armenia’s army.
