The paper says it has learned that Armenia’s former president, Robert Kocharyan, has had two “noteworthy” meetings recently.
It claims that the first meeting was with former Yerevan mayor, Gagik Beglaryan, who has reportedly declined every offer to hold a government office after his dismissal.
Kocharyan is also said to have met with the incumbent mayor of Yerevan, Karen Karapetyan, his former team member who later took sides with President Serzh Sargsyan after the latter took office, says the paper.
It further comments that Kocharyan’s meetings with former and potential team members testify to the inevitability to new developments in official circles.
