President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR, Artsakh) Bako Sahakyan signed two decrees on Monday, the Central Information Department of the NKR leader reported.
Under one of the decrees, the NKR permanent representative to the United States, Robert Avetisyan, will also serve as the country’s permanent representative to Canada.
The other presidential degree envisages a new post in Nagorno Karabakh’s National Assembly. The NKR president will hereafter have his representative-adisor in the country’s chief law making body.
