Arkady Andreasyan will remain the head coach of Ararat FC, said the club’s former head coach who has been invited to the team.
“I have been invited as a coach, but Arkady Andreasyan will continue leading the team. Some of the sportsmen have been introduced to me, though I haven’t signed any contract,” Samvel Darbinyan told the Armenian sport website Armsport.am.
Earlier, goalkeeper Alexander Petukhov has left Ararat. The team has now weakened its positions appearing in the last place of the tournament list.
Asked about possible steps to improve the situation, Darbinyan said they need time to get a better understanding of the team and its players.
