President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Mevlut Chavushoglu, was to arrive in Armenia to participate in the CoE Forum on the future of democracy that kicked off in Yerevan today. His Deputy John Prescott said today that Chavushoglu failed to arrive because of problems connected with the plane.
"The PACE President did not manage to fly at the last moment. There were some problems with the plane. It took me nine hours to fly from England to Armenia. The flights in France were postponed because of the strike of labor unions of the country," he said.
