Armenia and Azerbaijan speak only about the return of refugees during the negotiations process, but when it comes to Armenia, there are only forced deportations, member of the Congress of Azerbaijani-Armenians Ararat Tsaturyan told a press conference today.
"There is no refugee in case of Azerbaijan as they have been able to sell their houses and property in peace," said he, adding that some have even been provided with vehicles to transport their cattle.
Given that Azerbaijani authorities perpetrated ethnic cleansings, according to him, it is necessary to differentiate between refugees and deportees.
Speaking about the resettlement of the territories he expressed doubt over how the mediators will provide them with guarantees: "I wonder how the OSCE will guarantee my return to my homeland?"
