Of the 2,379 people who called the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs hotline in August, 942 had questions regarding the receipt of pensions.
507 calls dealt with subsidy information and 147 dealt with the accrual aspect of the new pension system.
The ministry received a total of twenty complaints. Ten dealt with state regional divisions of social security and five dealt with regional social service agencies.
The ministry claims that 90% of the issues raised via the hotline were resolved on the spot.
