le=”text-align: justify; “>Economist Tatul Manaseryan says ex-prime minister Hrant Bagratyan allowed a number of omissions in the country’s economy and made inadmissible steps.
Speaking to reporters today, Manaseryan said the country’s stock market was not formed when Bagratyan was a premier.
The economist also noted that the former premier decided to put banknotes into circulation forgetting about the necessity of coins. ‘It is inadmissible as it resulted in hyperinflation,’ he stressed.
The economist also added that both banknotes and coins are put into circulation in all the countries the omission is that Bagratyan decided to create coins rather late. According to him, he meets Bagratyan quite often during different seminars.
