Aravot: Prosperous Armenia=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s votes ANC=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s hopes

g_image.php

le=”text-align: justify; “>It is obvious now that the opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) is placing hopes on the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), which, by polling a massive vote, will be able to come out in opposition – or be, at least, to an extent opposed – to President Serzh Sargsyan.

This will undermine the president’s positions, affording ampler opportunities to ANC Chairman Levon Ter-Petrosyan.

Indirect evidence thereof is reciprocal gestures, opposition speeches by Vartan Oskanian and Hmayak Hovhannisian, as well as the fact that the campaigns carried out by Armenia’s first and third presidents are focused on the Heritage party – as if it were so important whether the party will have a 5-7-member faction in Armenia’s parliament or not.
