Wage War: Nairit employees owed eleven months=?UTF-8?B?4oCZIA==?=salary, get promise of three

Employees of Nairit chemical factory who have not been paid their salaries for the past eleven months have held a protest in front of the presidential residence and got a promise to get paid three months' salary.

Hovhannes Hovsepyan, head of control service of the president's staff, received Hrach Tadevosyan, head of the trade union of the chloroprene rubber producing plant, at the presidential residence and after a half-hour meeting announced that by the end of this week the employees will be get paid for the past month and for two more months in December and January. This promise was not satisfactory to the strikers, but, they said they have no choice other than agreeing.
