An article in today's Hurriyet Daily News says that Turkey's Ministry of Culture and Tourism will be submitting a proposal to have "Turkish coffee" included to UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list.
Last November, Ankara successfully got UNESCO to include the meat and wheat dish known a "keshkek" (harissa) as a Turkish addition to the intangible cultural heritage list.
