The executive has passed a decision to increase the Armenia's shares in the Armrusgasprom company's charter capital.
According to the Government's official website, the cabinet is to discuss the issue at its scheduled meeting.
The move is part of the Marketing Opportunities for Farmers program aimed at ensuring an uninterrupted natural gas supply to consumers and increasing Armenia's shares in the company.
To avoid problems in the process of natural gas supply, pipelines have been built in different regions of Armenia (Aragatsotsn, Ararat, Stunik etc) to be invested in the company's capital by releasing additional shares for the company.
