Zhoghovurd: Armenian, Azerbaijani FMs to meet Saturday

The meeting between the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers is reportedly slated for this Saturday.
Speaking to the paper, a deputy minister of Foreign Affairs, Shavarsh Kocharyan, has commented on possible expectations and impacts on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process.
"After the Safarov incident, this cannot be considered an ordinary meeting, so the Safarov deal is naturally going to be the key topic. The co-chairs [of the OSCE Minsk Group] have to discuss what harm the Safarov case has caused to this. The matter concerns Azerbaijan's policies towards Armenia, which naturally is a serious obstacle to the negotiation process," he was quoted as saying.
