Armenia and Azerbaijan will resume their talks over the protracted Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as their foreign ministers are set to meet in Paris, France, this weekend.
The Armenian Foreign Ministry announced today that the meeting between Edward Nalbandian, of Armenia, and Elmar Mammadyarov, of Azerbaijan, will be held on October 27.
The United States, Russian and French co-chairs of the Minsk Group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will be present at the meeting, it added.
Nalbandian and Mammadyarov last met in Paris on June 18 following a number of serious ceasefire violation incidents along the Armenian-Azerbaijan border and near Karabakh in which both sides reported killed and wounded.
