37 people stuck on Armenia=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s Tatev rope way, nine people taken to safety (updated)

Armenia's Emergency Situation Ministry reports that 37 people have stuck in the cabins of Tatev rope way at about 4.12 p.m. October 28 after something went wrong with it.
 
Rescuers left for the scene. As of 5.22 p.m. nine people have been taken to safety.
