Armenian Transport and Communication Minister Gagik Beglaryan was in Armenia's town of Aparan on a working visit.
The minister complained of the low tempo of construction of 3.9 kilometer-long road.
The minister assigned to solve the issue, saying he will again visit Aparan in 10 days, on August 25 to check the results.
The M-3 inter-state road (Yerevan-Aparan-Vanadzor) was renovated in 2000. The bad water removal has damaged the road.
Some 550 million Armenian drams have been allocated for the restoration of the road.
