President Sargsyan Congratulates the Nation on Constitution Day

Dear compatriots,

I congratulate you on the occasion of the Constitution Day.

July 5 is one of the most important holidays of our new statehood, with which we demonstrate our devotion to the values and ideals incorporated in the Basic Law of the Republic of Armenia. 

The main mission of our Constitution is to ensure public concord, which is impossible to reach without the rule of law and unconditioned respect for the constitutional rights. We should confess that we have problems. It's obvious that the democratic values proclaimed by the Constitution, including the equality of everyone before law irrespective of any features, should lay in the basis of the settlement of conflictions existing in our society and state. .   Read more...
