The Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has announced that there are 98,909 eligible voters for Thursday's presidential election.
Poling will take place from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and will include a station in Yerevan, at the NKR Permanent Representation.
Current president Bako Sahakyan will defend his office against Arkadi Soghomonyan, Deputy Director of Academic Activities at the State Agrarian University and NKR National Assembly MP Vitali Balasanyan.
