National Security Council chief has new spokesperson

The Secretary of Armenia's National Security Council (NSC) has appointed a new spokesperson.
Speaking to Tert.am, the former press secretary, Harutyun Amiryan, said that Artur Misakyan will replace him now  as he is leaving abroad for a year to continue his studies.
Artur Misakyan was born in 1982 in the town of Hrazdan (Kotayk region). In 2005, garaduated from the Yerevan State Economic University obtaining a degree in general economics. From 2005 until 2007, Misakyan studied at the Armenian State Administration Academy's Department of Public Administration.
Misakyan had earlier worked as an expert at the National Assembly.
