Armenian ambassador to Georgia Hovhannes Manukyan met on July 12 newly appointed Georgian Prime Minister Ivane Merabishvili.
According to the Foreign Affairs Ministry press release, the interlocutors discussed a number of urgent and important issues relating to Georgian-Armenian relations, including bilateral economic cooperation, intensification of cultural contacts. They also spoke about the issues the Armenian community and the Georgian Diocese of the Armenian Church are facing.
The interlocutors reached arrangements over a number of issues.
