Turkey will have to re-establish its visa regime with Azerbaijan under a memorandum of understanding signed with the European Union.
Citing the Turkish media, 1news.az reported that the document allows the country to launch visa liberalization talks with the EU, in the meantime requiring it to impose stricter measures on the entry of foreign nationals, including Azerbaijanis, Russians, Ukrainians, Syrians, Libyans etc.In addition, Turkey will have to introduce tougher measures to border control procedures.
